Kapil Lodhi is an SEO consultant based in Indore, India, working in search since 2022. He runs technical SEO, content and link building projects for clients in India, the US and Canada, and he runs every SerpTested test himself.

Kapil started in SEO in 2022 as an intern at an agency in Indore. From 2023 he ran six client projects at a time across service, product and e-commerce sites, covering keyword research, technical and on-page work, link building, local SEO and reporting.

Today he works with service, e-commerce and legal clients, including Shopify stores, and tracks how brands appear in Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity.

SerpTested comes out of that work. Tool estimates feed the decisions he makes for clients, and they do not always match what Search Console reports. This site is where he measures the gap and publishes it.
